BodyArmor’s Strawberry Grape has become my absolute favorite for a reason. The flavor is the perfect balance of sweet strawberry and juicy grape, refreshing without ever feeling heavy. It tastes vibrant and smooth, almost like a fruity sports drink upgrade. I love that it keeps me hydrated and energized, especially on busy days, and the electrolytes make a real difference. If you enjoy drinks that are flavorful, refreshing, and not overly sugary, this one is a must-try.

TDLR: these are tasty and hydrate better than Gatorade/Powerade imo I have health issues which include trouble retaining proper hydration as well as all the important vitamins included in hydration. In my experience, these have been the most hydrating with the most bearable taste out of the ‘electrolyte drinks’ (comparing specifically to Gatorade, Powerade, and pedialyte) these taste awesome and seem to help me feel like I’ve ‘bounced back’ a bit. ….So I drink most of these in most of their varieties! My personal favorites are the dragonfruit berry one (pictured), strawberry lemonade, the blue one, and I like the lyte, normal, and caffeinated varieties!
