I prefer using the natural type sponge lufas, but does anyone know how long it's ok to keep these before needing to replace?

To be honest most people don't replace as often as they should. You should try to replace every 3-5 months. If you wait longer the bacteria will just multiply but no biggie lol

You'll know when you need to replace them, they start to get discolored and the texture changes a bit

Yes, they say due to germs etc... it should be replaced 4-6 weeks. I am so bad at that because I never remember!

I usually use mine for a about a month and then get a new one. I mean they're so cheap, it's not a big deal.

A few months. I find that exfoliating gloves work way better & they don't need to be replaced as often. Definitely try those if you haven't already

Definitely need to get rid of these every few months. They get moldy.

Your typically supposed to change every month or so or unless you see it start to become smelly or worn out (ripped, etc.)
