The 16oz is perfect for a sports drink without being so much you can’t finish it, but not to small it takes a few sips and it’s gone. Although I’m kind of biased from likely a bunch of fruit punch flavors this is one of the only good fruit punch flavors I can find for sports drinks. I like that it doesn’t have caffeine so I can have it for finals (I’m a swimmer.) and be able to go to bed but still have enough energy to get through it. The reason I didn’t rate it five stars is because of the mouthfeel it makes my mouth feel dry and like I haven’t had something to drink even if I drink water after drinking the body armor.

Definitely my favorite flavor. Great taste. I like the new matte packaging. I wouldn’t mind a few less grams of sugar. If they could get it down to 10 grams that would be great in my opinion.

I love body armor. The tropical punch is one of our household favorites. They’re hydrating, they taste good, and I personally prefer this over water (weird flex, I know😭) but I especially loved these when I was pregnant.
