This is the only thing I drink other than water. I go through a 6 pack in a day! Although it’s expensive, it keeps me hydrated and really helps my milk supply. (I’m breastfeeding) also when my kids are sick and won’t drink pedialyte, they always down body armor because they move the fruity taste! It’s like flavored water.

When i start feeling thirsty or my energy is getting low i always grab a body armor. The hydration kicks in quick. The flavor variety is great and pairs nice with snacks. You can find jumbo ones at walmart for like $2. I recommend them always, they are superior to gatorade.

Body armour is the beat hydration drink in the market. Smells very nice and fruity. Aftertaste is super nice and refreshing. The durability works for long hours. No bad chemicals and very clean drink.
