We love this French press. We make our imported coffees in this press. We allow the grounds to steep, and it always tastes amazing. No grounds in our pour. The strain works perfectly, no leaks, and with the handle on the size there are no spills. The French press is well structured. It has 2 bands around the cylinder pitcher. The French press is easy to deconstruct and clean. All pieces come apart including the strainer and the metal meshing that press into the grounds. All pieces are machine washable too.

Brewing the perfect cup (or several) is made so easy with this French press. It’s extremely easy to fill, brew, and pour. Cleaning is simple and makes my morning routine easy. It’s well made and is the perfect size— i can keep it in my counter, or store it easily away in the cabinet.

I've been using the Bodum Chambord French Press, and honestly, it makes coffee feel like a little ritual instead of just another part of the morning. The design is simple but classy-glass with the shiny metal frame-so it actually looks nice sitting out on the counter. Brewing with it is super easy once you get the hang of it. I just grind the beans coarse, add hot water, let it sit for about four minutes, and press down. The flavor is noticeably richer and smoother than drip coffee, and I love that I don't have to deal with paper filters. It feels like I'm actually tasting the coffee the way it's meant to be. The only small downside is the size. It says "8-cup," but that really means little coffee cups, not big mugs-so for me it's more like three or four solid cups. Also, if the grind is too fine, you'll get some sediment at the bottom, but that's pretty normal with a French press. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a much better cup of coffee than most machines I've tried. If you like the idea of slowing down a bit and enjoying coffee with some extra flavor, this press is perfect.
