This is a very good pillow! I put a queen sized satin pillow case over it as soon as it arrived. It's very sturdy. It conforms to your head, neck, and body and snaps back well as if it was never used. It gives very good neck and head support. I got a good night's sleep for the first time in years. I highly recommend this pillow!

It's an excellent quality pillow. I've used memory foam, but it was the more rigid gel type. This pillow is very squishy and soft. I immediately switched to using this nightly for the comfort it provides my neck. I rated this pillow four stars instead of 5 because the memory foam does not fill the entire pillow, leaving it droopy in some places. Stuffing the pillow from end to end would make it a 5-star pillow.
