Good flour. Works well for gluten free baking. Make sure to let your batter or dough sit for about 30 minutes and rest, as rice flour takes longer to absorb the moisture and this time period will keep your products from turning out gritty.

I used this to make some home made dog treats and it baked EXACTLY the way I needed it to. Other brands have been a little less than perfect. I even had left over that I ended up using in a cake which turned out great as well!
