Literally the only gluten-free flour I’m using from now on! This flour is the perfect 1-1 ratio to sub in for normal flour. It can be used to bake anything you would normally use regular flour for - and none of my friends can tell the difference! Not to mention the resealable packaging that makes sure it’ll stay fresh until the next day you use it!
My go to gluten free flour. It doesn’t leave my food feeling or tasting grainy or super dense. Easy to store and best of all easy to find in most major stores.
I can use this flour in any recipe to replace wheat flour and so far everything I’ve made has turned out great, such as pancakes, brownies, béchamel sauce. I like it better than other brands because it doesn’t give a strange texture or taste to my foods. Just seems like regular flour except it doesn’t upset my digestion.
