The Bobbi Brown Lip Pencil is a solid, high-quality product, but it didn’t completely wow me. The formula is smooth and glides on nicely without tugging, which I really appreciate. It helps define the lips beautifully and prevents lipstick from feathering throughout the day. The color selection is classic and wearable for everyday looks. However, I did find it to be a bit dry on its own, especially if I don’t wear balm or lipstick over it. It’s also not the creamiest formula out there, so if you prefer very soft, glide-on pencils, this might feel a little stiff. Overall, it’s a reliable, long-wearing liner that does its job well – just not the most hydrating or creamy formula. Best for those who like structure and definition in their lip routine.

If you are more cool/olive skin toned this is a good color for you. The rosey colors that everyone uses always look like a rust orange on my skin tone and I tried this one that leans a bit more purple to bring out that blush rose color. Super smooth and not too purple or dark but gives enough.

I love the pigment on these lip liners! I use this to line my lips and I go over with the nyx lip oil to give my lips a natural tint, it’s the best colour combo!! Especially as a brown girl, it’s hard to find something that is natural against our complexion but this is amazing!
