Paris is great with a nice pot roast or veggies for dinner. Doesn’t quite eat the taste of homemade mashed potatoes, but it’s great for a quick and easy meal. You can always add a little butter to the mix to give it some richness as well.

I'd love to have mashed potatoes with a pork roast or a beef roast, but cooking for one person is very difficult and frustrating if you have to peel potatoes just for one serving. Bob Evans potatoes passed the test every time. Couldn't be easier and pretty close to homemade.

These potatoes are the best I have purchased them many many times and they taste just like real mashed potatoes. None of the box flavor no powdery flavor. They’re easy to prepare just open and warm quick and simple my favorite thing.
