Once you have this ham, you won' go back to others. I get it sliced thin for sandwiches. I put it on fresh wheat bread with a little Duke's mayo and mustard with some swiss cheese, MMMmmm, I use it in salads and add it to scrambled eggs as well, and sometimes as a finger snack. It's always good and the texture and taste are perfect. Well worth the slight bump in cost.
