As a native Wisconsinite, I consider myself to be an expert on cheese haha. This is among the best sandwich cheeses out there. The cheddar is sharp and has the flavor you expect from that. The horseradish flavor is perfect. Strong enough to be a player in your sandwich flavors. Mild enough to blend well. Works wonderfully with roast beef or ham. Really elevates your sandwiches.
