Can not fix my order the system electronically pick my former address on there site. I emailed then seconds after I saw the receipt in order confirmation email. There is no way to correct the address they say. They will not cancel the order and the will not refund my money these guys are thieves i have already contact the better business bureau. Please dont use them as a provider at all. Unless you are willing to get RRRROOOOBBBBEEEEDDDDD!

I actually had a phenomenal experience buying something on Bluefly recently. At first, I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier. The product (a Jay Strongwater egg) was EXACTLY as described, and it IS authentic! Moreover, I ordered it very late on Wednesday (close to midnight) and it was delivered by end-of-day Friday, Christmas Eve. I never had that kind of service before. Nor did I even expect such fast delivery! Also, not only was shipping free, but also, I received a 5 percent discount on the item, which was already less expensive than on any other site. Overall, I figured that I paid more than $100 LESS for the item than what I would have paid on a competitor site. To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am ecstatic!

Bluefly.comI ordered an expensive men's coat in large but it arrived XXLarge. I immediately contacted Bluefly.com and was instructed on how to return for a full refund. After following their return procedure I received an email from Jackie in Bluefly customer support that they were processing my refund. After a month of not receiving my refund I sent emails and letters for several weeks to their corporate office requesting they issue the refund they owed me as they do not have a number to call them direct. After being ignored for many months Dominic from Bluefly support emailed me that a few months after my return, Bluefly. Com relaunched and although they have the same online name, the relaunch eliminated their responsibility to refund past due money to customers. I informed the company that I would warn the public through social media as well as by filing a complaint with the better business bureau to ensure the public Knows that BLUEFLY.COM IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. On Sep 14, 2020 I shared my review with Bluefly rep. Dominic who responded by threatening me with legal action. I explained that I was informing her of my review as a curtesy to give Bluefly.com an opportunity to change the narrative. I further informed Dominic that reviews are covered under the First Amendment, which protects free speech and there are laws that prevent businesses from silencing or censoring their critics by intimidating them with the treat of a lawsuit. Fact is I purchased merchandise from Bluefly.com and the company is still Bluefly.com and that entity owes me a refund. I learned my lesson and in the future I will read reviews (which they have tons of bad ones) prior to ordering from an online store.
