After months of migrains, a sweet tooth I couldn't shake, and stabbing chest pains with muscle tension all over my body is did some research and found these are pretty common symptoms of magnesium deficiency! Paired with potassium for proper absorption, this supplement is doing WONDERS for me! No migraine in 2 weeks, and the stabbing pains in my chest are lessoning. Also an added bonus from magnesium: better sleep! I'm still working up to the full dosage as you have adapt your body or... well you will spend all your time in the bathroom. So far LOVING this and love that this brand has one of the purest forms!

Magnesium is a mineral that is present in relatively large amounts in the body. Researchers estimate that the average person’s body contains about 25 grams of magnesium, and about half of that is in the bones. Magnesium is important in more than 300 chemical reactions that keep the body working properly. People get magnesium from their diet, but sometimes magnesiumsupplements are needed if magnesium levels are too low. Dietary intake of magnesium may be low, particularly among women.
