So first: They are always changing the packaging on this so look for this bottle or sometimes it’s in a clear bottle that says blow pro. I literally cannot live without this stuff! I live in a humid area but when I use this my strands stay perfectly sleek! It’s amazing! It’s a 2oz bottle but trust me that’s more than enough to last for a while. For regular hair you apply after blow drying. What I do is use a heat protectant, blow dry my hair, put a few drops on my fingertips and rake it through the bottom ends of my hair. Then I flat iron or curl. You don’t need a lot!! For thicker or coarse your hair you can put this on when your hair is damp and then blow dry and style.
