HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE May 16th, 2023 I ordered an arrangement prior day, received an email stating delivered upon inquiry the delivery was not made. When I reached put they said they were running behind schedule, well then do not lie and send an email stating delivery made. Thus surprise delivery ruined because I inquired to recipients who informed they hadn't received. Then when I expressed being upset and no longer wanting to be a member they canceled the whole order all together and tells me I will receive a refund in 5-7 days. So my special gift will NOT arrive and now I am waiting for the money to order from another Company thus my gift over a week late! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE BEST PART the customer service number is Bogos! No one answers, it directs you to send an email and hangs up! You DO NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON EVER! I called 5 times! They only communicate via email! Absolutely horrible.DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - RIPE OFF! Sister-in-law company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today "customer service" and they verified an order and said local florist said it was delivered but they could not tell me anything else or do anything because they have to speak to the sender. She said they would call the sender. I called back 1 week later and same story. I told them someone was supposed to reach out and she then said that usually they sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I RELIED ON THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER FLOWERS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. THEY KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. THEY KEPT SAYING LET ME CONTACT THE FLORIST TO GET AN UPDATE. THEY MADE ME CANCEL MY FIRST ORDER AND DO ANOTHER ONE. WELL $230.00 DOLLARS LATER STILL NO FLOWERS. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES AND GETTING MY REFUND. THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S DAY AS WELL AS MINE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THE ORDER NEVER GETS DELIVERED. THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSE TO MAKE SOMEONES DAY MEMORABLE YEAH ITS MEMORABLE ALRIGHT OF ONE DAY YOU NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH AGAIN.. 🤬😡👎👎👎👎
