Yes! I would say the hardest part for me (being a person who didn't work out very much) was following the routines for the first few days. After the first week, it just stuck in my routine, which has worked for a few months!

I think so! She changes the calendar and workouts each month with a different theme. Shes also always posting new videos all the time. She always now has an app that can keep you motivated as you can interact with other members.

Cassey makes a different calendar every single month so your body never gets used to doing the same moves everyday. You can stick with it as long as you'd like to! :)

She has some beginners workouts and her meals are relatively easy to make, especially her banana pancakes. If you are committed, and focused, you can stick with it. Just stay motivated.

I had difficulty sticking to her very strict workouts for more than a month, so I modified the calendar a bit to only work out a minimum of 3 times a week. This way you don't feel pressured to HAVE to do it I'd you're tired, or have no time, etc. I also found that poromosing myself nice treats for the end of the month (like a new Yoga mat, or that purse you've been eyeing up) really helped the motivation aspect. Kept me accountable.

You need to have your own motivation. The first week is hard to get in to but once you get used to squeezing a 30 minute work out in to your routine, you're actually looking forward to doing the videos!!

If you set out the time in your day to do it, yes. If you don't want to workout and aren't committed to being healthy it can easily fall to the side of your day. It is a great way to mix up your workouts. She crafts the schedule for you and you don't easily get board of the different workouts. It is also just a great way to tone your whole body if you are willing to commit.

Really depends. sometimes there are days when you are just too busy and too tired to do the one hour plus workout she's gotten laid out but it's not like she'll scold you for it. she knows that people have lives so you don't have to work out everyday or do everything but just try your utmost best.

Yes! She has a beginner workout calendar and puts out a fitness calender every month with recommended exercises. It's a great guide to pair your workouts and to have a set schedule!

Absolutely! I suggest starting with her beginners calendar. It's specifically for people just starting out and will slowly ease you in to her workouts. After a few days, you'll find yourself looking forward to working out with Cassie :)
