The Blackstone Griddle Top Mat is such a great investment. It keeps the griddle clean while making it easy to remove and put away when not in use. Its nice and thick and the material seems to be made well. I also like how well it fits on my Blackstone and looks great also.

Love this griddle cover. The silicone mat fits perfectly and is easy to move and adjust. It’s also very easy to clean and store when not in use. Incredibly durable and has not weathered. Heat resistance is a plus.

This product wasn't what I thought it was at first, it is simply to protect your griddle when you arent using it. It doesn't have anything to do with cooking. It seems to do that well, we were worried it might cause rust, but none so far. The only complaint is that it doesn't cap the oil tray, just the hole. So you still have to remove the pil tray if you have dogs or whatnot that like to get into it like we do.
