This is our favorite red salmon. It does not have that fishy taste that so many others have. The flavor is so much milder and it DOES NOT leave that fishy smell in the kitchen. For some reason it has become very difficult to find. I do see that the BLACK TOP Pink Salmon is available. For us, although the price is much cheaper, it just does not compare to the quality of the Black Top Red Salmon. My husband and I have tried other brands of red salmon, but so far, we remain disappointed and hope the BLACK TOP Red Salmon will soon be available again. Walmart shows it‘s available at their site in the smaller can, but when I try to order, it shows it is only available at their store for customers to pick-up. OK, I will be glad to go that route, too. But, oh no! That is not going to work either, because at that point in the check-out, it shows no availability at ANY of their stores! Wal-mart, what‘s up with that???
