This product was a regular staple in my household when my children were younger because when the seasons change I used to buy several bottles of this product for my kids and I to take when the seasons change. As a household of three, we were all sickly and that I wanted to keep their immune systems high so that is the purpose of me buying this bottle as much as I do. Now since I am an empty nester and I am trying to find additional ways of keeping my immune system in check, I started back purchasing this particular product. My only issue is the pricing of this product is extremely high for the volume of product that you receive but it does do the job. I found this particular product at another Target location near my area because the one that I do go to is always out of stock of this product so I did have to go to another location nearby to purchase this product. Since I am having sinus issues and my allergies are still not up to par, I will include this in my routine in order to get my immune system back in check. If you can find this product in a larger quantity would be helpful. But if you have a family of your own, it does not have good value because you do have to give it to them more than once according to the suggested dosage to get the effects of it. However, if you are coming from a single household or you are an empty nester this product is still high to purchase and if you are sick you will be done with the bottle within less than a couple of days but it would definitely be good for a routine for maintenance and keeping your immune system in check.

This is great to take during flu and cold season. I didn’t catch too many due to this. It’s wonderful for preventing getting sick! It wasn’t costly and I keep taking this daily!
