I believe this is the coffee pot I have. I had actually won this coffee pot in a st. Patrick's day raffle my church was having. At the time I never used it because I never had a real use for it. A few years later I moved into my own apartment & would use it only to heat up water so I can drink teas. Needless to say it spent several years basically being ignored! Well up until last year when I decided to try out a coffee my sister recommended to me. After that this coffee pot has gotten much use! It's such a simple coffee pot that anyone can use! It has two little lights, a red and green one, the red one being it is currently brewing and the green one means it is on and not brewing. It has a clock that almost takes no effort to set up. With it having a clock you can also set up a time for it to start to brew automatically, that way the coffee is ready when you are, the only trick is having to prep the pot before hand. While you do have to use paper filters I'm sure you can find a reusable filter that can fit. On the side of the carafe it has little measurement lines to show you how many cups of water equate to the amount of coffee cups it makes. I think my favorite part of the coffee pot is the instructions pamphlet. I know not alot of people are interested in keeping these but this in particular has directions on how to clean your coffee pot to free up any build up. The directions do call for vinegar so if you like simple cleaning this would be it. If you hate the smell of vinegar then I unfortunately don't know what to tell you.
I bought this about a year ago after using a Keurig machine. I love how there isn't that layer of super fine grounds in the bottom of my cup that is common to Keurig. Since its just me drinking the coffee I don't usually brew a whole lot- 4 cups is perfect for 2 nice big cups of coffee for me. I like the programmable feature and that it stays on warm for over an hour. Nothing negative to say here and you can't beat the price!
I use this coffee maker daily. I work from home so I am always drinking coffee. I like because it is easy to program what time you want your coffee to start. It is now part of my nightly routine. I have no problem with it. You can actually pour a cup while it is still brewing and it will stop dripping coffee until you put the pot back.
Nothing fancy with this coffee maker it’s a pretty basic affordable plastic coffee maker brews nicely, easy to use and does not clog up like Keurig. My con is that it is plastic and this coffee maker does not last a very long but overall for the price it’s a decent coffee maker especially if you want something basic.
The Black & Decker 12 Cup programmable Coffeemaker is great we have purchased two them one for us and one for a friend and they really like there's as well the price is great and it makes a great cup of coffee plus it keeps it hot for your next cup. It is easy to use and it is also easy to clean up.
I had a tiny, crappy little coffee machine and my husband recently surprised me with this one. I love how easy it is to pour water in and see where it is so you don't put too much or spill it. I love the size; plenty of coffee without making everyday. Very easy to use. I love it!
Just a simple coffee maker with no frills or gimmicks which I love. This is my backup for my keurig when I have time to brew a whole pot or have friends over. I love mine. They are so reasonably priced and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone who just wants a basic and easy to use coffee pot. This brand is a good one.
Great coffee maker for the price. Love the program feature. Just put the water and grounds in the night before and I wake up to the aroma of coffee in the morning. The only problem I have found is one of the plastic pieces in the top broke, which makes the ground pot sit awkward so I have to adjust it perfectly before I close the lid or there's a huge mess. Contacted the company and they were willing to replace it, I just haven't done so. I typically make two full pots a day and this guy can definitely keep up :)
This 12-Cup Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe has a programmable timer, removable basket, and pauses brewing so you can sneak a cup while it’s running. This coffee pot from Black & Decker is the one we have in my home and we love it! It’s lasted longer than more expensive models we have tried and is such a bargain.
