Separate tanks for clean & dirty water, which makes it easier to clean the tanks. A lot of Bissell cleaners have one tank with an internal bladder to separate the water.
Very lightweight & easy to maneuver. So easy to use it almost feels like vacuuming.
Very powerful & cleaned set in stains like it was nothing. Also so powerful that it fluffed my carpet to look new.
Did a good job sucking the water back up out of the carpet.
Easy to clean the machine when you're done.
None. Seriously. None.
The Deep Clean mode works really well on set-in accidents and the Express Clean mode is perfect for a quick go over. The heated water makes me feel as though it's getting thoroughly cleaned and helps speed up the drying process immensely. I'm also a big fan of the dual water fill lines, so you can make up a small batch of cleaning fluid and water to do a small job, rather than having to dump and waste it, as the cleaning fluid is rather expensive.
My only negative comment is in the care of the machine... you're supposed to run clean water through it, and then wash and completely dry the tanks before storage. This almost never happens for me. I do take apart and clean out the dirty water tank after each use (or it gets smelly), but I rarely rinse and dry the clean water/soap tank and I've noticed that the bottom seal is getting a bit leaky. I know it's my fault for not taking proper care of it, but it's just kind of inconvenient for busy households.
