I love this vacuum! I love that I can use it on different floor types and my carpet! Even tho my home is a “no shoes in the house” home, the floors and carpet sometimes need a good cleaning and this always does it! It’s not super noise which is perfect. Assembling it and disassembling it took sometime to get use to but it’s not too hard. I personally don’t mind having to clean it after using it but it does take me a good 5-10 mins. I do wish it came with more attachments for future but it still is powerful and does a good job

Ich benutze diesen Nass- und Trockensauger nun seit etwa 4 Jahren regelmäßig im Haushalt - sowohl auf Hartboden als auch auf Teppich - und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden damit. Die Saugkraft war am Anfang wirklich sehr stark und hat Schmutz, Staub und auch gröberen Dreck problemlos aufgenommen. Dadurch wird der Boden sehr sauber und das Gerät ist im Alltag eine große Hilfe im Haushalt. In Letzter Zeit merke ich, dass die Saugkraft etwas nachgelassen hat, was aber bei häufiger Nutzung über die Jahre wahrscheinlich normal ist. Trotzdem arbeitet der Sauger weiterhin und erledigt seine Aufgabe immer noch gut. Gerade im Verhältnis von Preis, Leistung und Lebensdauer bin ich sehr zufrieden. Nach vier Jahren Nutzung kann ich sagen, dass sich der Kauf definitiv gelohnt hat.

The bissell crosswave is stronger than other floor cleaners have used ,and it cleans my carpets really well ,which I struggled was before. It does a great job on floors overall, it helps a lot for cleaning the whole apartment in no time. The downsize is that it needs to be cleaned very well after each use, otherwise it gets dirty fast and can start to smell bad. I also think it’s a bit overpriced for what it offers. I expected more attachments for furniture, other surfaces and the cleaning solution bottles are pretty small. I find it quite heavy as well for me. Overall it works well and is powerful but it’s a bit high maintenance and not as versatile as I expected.
