This carpet cleaner is INSANE. I regularly vacuum between a robot vacuum and a Miele, but it still seemed like things smelled stale. It's definitely more expensive than other carpet cleaners out there and I've rented others in the past, but this is way better. I have absolutely no buyers remorse. I've got 2 cats and a dog so I was bound to have some dirt & fur building up on my rugs, but I had no idea how much. The cord is super long which is handy. The handle folds which helps with storage. And its super easy to use and it doesn't take a lot to get clean.

I have an off white colored carpet, kids, and a Rottweiler, and those 3 things do not mix. I’ve had cheap carpet cleaners that surface cleaned, but this thing is amazing! My carpets will look ruined when the kids and the dog run in with muddy feet, and tracking whatever else in and the bissell makes my rug look brand new again. It’s heavy so it’s not portable but it will be the best rug shampooer you’ll ever use! I thought I was going to have to buy new couches because the kids got mine looking gross, and the big green machine got my couches looking brand new again. It’s well worth the investment, I would have spent far more replacing what I thought was ruined than I did on the machine.
