I really enjoyed these birds eye Brown sugar sweet pitatoes. They are quick and easy to prepare making them a perfect side dish for any meal. The sweet potatoes come out soft and flovorful with a delicious Brown sugar tastes that isnt too overpowering.

Bird's Eye Recipe Ready Southwest Blend has become a staple item in my freezer! The first time I bought it, I thought it would work for a quick, simple casserole, and I nailed it! I added ground beef cooked with taco seasoning & fresh jalapenos, topped it with shredded cheese, then baked at 375°F for around 30 minutes.
