It not only helps with dry mouth but also has a nice minty taste that makes me feel like I actually brushed my teeth. I feel more confident after using it and will continue to purchase it for the dry mouth issues I’ve been suffering for years !

I wish this was “mintier” providing fresher feeling breath but otherwise I am pleased with this, and other Biotene dry mouth products. It’s effective and readily found at many stores.

I have dry mouth and all Biotene products were recommended. I tried the toothpaste and it did not feel like I was getting a good clean. Tasted minty but the toothpaste did not have the same consistency like a normal toothpaste 

The toothpaste is fine. Make sure you get the one with flouride in it. Being for dry mouths, I am disappointed that it doesn't do anything to help with that. Very expensive

Works great for helping with dry mouth but I don't feel like it gets my mouth very fresh or clean. I would pair this with another toothpaste. Or they have other products that can be paired with regular toothpastes such as mouthwash or oral spray

Biotene is a great toothpaste for dry mouths but I don't think the taste is all that great. If they improved on the taste I would be much more willing to purchase it.

I have extreme dry mouth to the point that I have bought Dentips. I use both Biotene toothpaste and the mouthwash three times a day works great. I go into the bathroom with a mouth that feels like I couldn't find any kind of liquid anywhere. I can leave feeling like I will be able to make it for the next few hours. Not sure how they can make it so I am able to produce saliva. I can only thank the people say Biotene everyday for the relief I get.

I have Sjögren's syndrome and have used this toothpaste. It helps some. I also take a lot of medication. I would purchase again.

DD is on a ton of medicines and suffers from severe dry mouth. This helps somewhat.
