The clear salve dispenses with little effort, and is a cinch to use. Simply place half an inch directly onto tongue, then disperse throughout inside of mouth. It dissipates quickly, providing soothing moisture for dry mouth symptoms (allays them up to four hours). I would recommend this oral care product to others.
I recently tried this Biotene Dry Mouth Moisturizing Gel with very good results. The gel has a pleasant texture, it doesn't feel thick in the mouth but more like a silky moisture that is long lasting, although it states that is flavor free, it has a mild sweetness to it that I actually enjoy. I like to use this specially at night because it coats my entire mouth and locks in moisture so I don't have the need to be sipping water in the middle of the night, plus I think it protects my teeth and tongue. So far this is the most effective oral moisturizing gel I've tried, I definitely get that much needed relief!
I suffer from dry mouth at night that is so severe that I have difficulty swallowing. This moisturizing gel helps with this problem. You put about a half inch on the tongue and then use the tongue to spread the gel to all surfaces if your mouth. I find that this, along with moisturizing mouthwash and spray helps at least long enough to fall asleep.
Q&AS
1 QuestionI am a cpap wearer and my dentist recommended this gel to assist with my dry mouth and plaque issue. Do you all prefer the gel or does the mouth wash do just as good? What does everyone like?
