Biotene dry mouth oral rinse is very soothing gentle helps clean refresh and relieve dryness and helps soothe oral tissue contains a combination of moisturizing and lubricants to provide immediate and long lasting dry mouth symptoms relief for up to four hours. I really enjoy using this mouthwash because it helps me throughout the day, not have a dry mouth, it’s a product that actually works and I stand by it so therefore yes I do definitely recommend this to the next person. I have PoTs and with that diagnosis and my first severe flare, I got intense dry mouth and dysphasia. I had never used Biotene before, but these products were instrumental in keeping me comfortable and improving the moisture in my mouth so I could take my medication comfortably. It is super easy to use, just brush your teeth and use a small amount to swish around your mouth, spit it out and you are good to go. It instantly hydrates the mouth and makes the chalky dryness go away. It also lasts a good amount of time. I use this everyday.

Best in the game at preventing dry mouth and fresh breath. I use it 3 times a day and have never had an issue. Maybe dont eat or drink after using it but thats it
