I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my spine. I’ve been in horrible, exhausting pain while I wait for an upcoming MRI. I have gone through at least 7 products, totaling close to $80 dollars total. Out of everything, this spray has been one of the most incredible help for my pain. It goes on well, with a slight push down on the top to release either a small stream or a nice size mist. It goes on cold!! But, so so worth it. It *literally* freezes you. Takes the pain away! Now I will say the odor is quite strong, maybe the less you use the less the strong smell? Idk… I unfortunately have used it on my neck & all the way down the arm. It goes on wet, but only for a minute or two, it absorbs very well. I’m able to put clothes back on it very soon after spraying. It is strongest for the first 15 min or so, but when when it starts to wear off it still works enough to give relief. Comes in a good handheld tin bottle, easy to store. 10/10

This is crucial to have in your medicine cabinet! Biofreeze is a strong and effective pain reliever that helps you actually function through the day. The spray is great so that you don’t have to get product on your hands (it has a strong odor and you don’t want to accidentally touch the wrong parts of your body!). It’s also great to be able to spray harder to reach areas like your back if you don’t have assistance. Definitely worth buying!! Must have!
