I started using it to improve my gut health as I have been experiencing constipation and since started using these it has helped immensely my tummy feel better and no constipation. It last easy to take and flavour is completely tasteless. Even in fresh water I never noticed any taste that I like. Easy to tear off and mix it with any drink.

It didn't done much difference if I have to be honest. I take it with my coffee and it's nice as it doesn't affect my coffee taste. I noticed some changes in my diet. I used to feel discomfort in my stomach, bloating, feeling constipated for no reason and now I have zero issues and discomfort. I used to crave for sweets and not not that much. Definitely felt some positive changes that are hard to explain and for sure will keep purchasing it.

After sampling I bought some of the Bimuno daily and have been using it for 2 months sofar and honestly I haven't felt as good for years.
