Never had any (sausage) product as bad as this - and I do consume a wide variety of specialty items other than run-of-the-mill products.Love chicken, love garlic (grow my own) but this Blinski's product is absolutely gross, you can chew for hours and not make a dent. No different than masticating a flavorless blob of rubber.Ditto with Spicy Italian Red Pepper chicken sausage, reminiscent of Thai Fish Sauce which I love but that smell of fermenting fish rendered this product nauseating. Amazingly, my dogs wanted nothing to do with it). Returned it the following day. 

These are so healthy and delicious! The only downside is the package needs to be used within 3 days of opening and sometimes I don’t want to eat them every day in a row but they are the perfect addition to zoodles or any pasta dish.

This sausage does smell:/When opening up the pack it smell like a doody diaper but worse after cooking it smelled like booty or rancid fermented meat. It’s awful I had to throw away the meal I cooked it in. The whole house smelled.
