Any other lighter out there is not going to last or work like a Bic!  These lighters are always reliable and they are easy to use and cheap to buy!  You can buy them almost anywhere and they last forever!  They are great to keep in your camping tote, in your emergency kit, or just in your car for "just in case" needs!  I love that they also come in a zillion different colors!

Bic lighter are not all that great, to be honest sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, if they do, it doesn't work as it's suppose, the flames are too low, hate the fact that it's not wind proof, the wheel thing of it usually gives a problem to the flint, and sometimes if you have it in your pocket somewhere on you and either you are too close to a heat source or in the sun because you forgot, or in your car and it gets hot in there, the lighter tends to explode. I don't recommend to anyone even though the price is cheap.

Pretty much everyone has used one of these. They do the job and are relatively tough, but can be finicky if you're trying to use them in windy conditions and the child-proofing of the striker is a poorly thought out afterthought that makes striking the flint multiple times difficult and painful (unless you have weird Bic lighter calluses).

The child-proofing can be easily removed, but they would be exponentially better if the flame was adjustable and the ventilation for the flame was made to be more windproof.

Bic's are by far my favorite lighter! Not only are they affordable, but they last longer than most other brands of lighters that I have ever tried! They are also the most convenient lighters to find, they are sold everywhere! They aren't just for smokers, they can be used by everyone, so I have recommended these lighters to all of my friends, and I buy them on a regular basis!

BIC lighters are by far the best lighters around! They don't break, if they get wet they start to work again once dry. Tip: light a working lighter, and push the red fluid button on the wet lighter to create a flame. Hold the wet lighter on for a few seconds, and bam! It works again. BIC lighters come in any color imaginable. I really love the limited edition ones. Don't ever buy a red lighter or a white lighter though...apparently they're bad luck 😉

I use Bic lighters, of all kinds, because they last longer, don't break, and are reliable. I keep lighters in almost every room in my house, you never know when you need to light a candle or something. The larger packs are economic. The candle lighters are great for lighting candles, or lighting a grill. Every Bic lighter style is great quality.

Hard to wrong with these lighters. I've been toking up for decades and I've literally bought thousands of these lighters, most of which ended up going home in the pocket of an absent-minded friend. I'm not sure but these might even be the original disposable lighter of their kind, and they're still helping people start stuff on fire to this day. Burn baby burn!!!

These r much tougher! U drop them and they don't crack and break easily. There not expensive. And u can get the 5 packs at Walmart near the registers! I would recommend them. Also if u r trying to light a candle use a piece of uncooked long angel hair spaghetti noodle. Just a tip for u guys and girls 👌🏻

These are the best lighters! They are inexpensive, and last for awhile (as long as your friends or family don't steal them!lol). I always keep these in my car, coat, purse, etc. Because people like to steal them! I now keep mine on a leash! Lol
