this is very delicious and adds good flavor. marinate meat in it for best flavor. i believe it is not overly sweet instead a mild sweetness that compliment's the meat actually quite well

What a wonderful sauce/marinade. I put this on chicken thighs mainly. I find that it helps keep them tender and juicy as well as give great flavor. I like how it cooks down and can add a bit of depth with a slight crust on chicken if one allows sugars to caramelize. Wonderful value for the product. Has a sweet umami flavor that pairs well with chicken, steak, or even salmon I’ve tried it on.
