I got this for free from an ooooo live. I've used many facial scrubs in my years but this is the best. It's a thick consistency with small and non irritable grans to help exfoliate. I use this in the shower as it's a creme and doesn't lather. I always makes my skin fresh clean and dewy without causing microabrasions.

By far my favourite exfoliating scrub... only need a small amount and leaves skin feeling fresh and clean
