I love to make this cake especially if I am making a layered cake. It is perfect for stability but occasionally is a little crumbly if not made correct. This box has saved me from so many baking disasters.

Simple ingredients for an instant cake for those last minute desserts or for those who can’t physically bake for hours but want that same homemade taste. Cake is super moist but it does appear very dense after baking.

I wish the texture to this cake was more dense. The best way I can say the texture is is light but in a very airy way when I wish it was more dense. Oh well that’s just my preference. Good for the price and easy to make.
