This cupcake mix is so much fun! I love to bake up something easy, so cake mixes are awesome--but the filling makes it so much better. I made some of these for my son's birthday and everyone really liked them. I think the cake came out very moist and the filling was pretty fluffy and delicious.

I love these kind of cupcakes because of the frosting in the middle. Great concept and easier then frosting top. Only rated 3 stars because of flavor. I prefer yellow cake and choclolate frosting
