I am a nursing Mom to a newborn who is always hungry and needs quick and delicious meals/snacks. I love that these biscuits only required me to add water, stir and pop in the oven. 15 minutes of snuggling my newborn and before you know it, I was eating the most fluffy delicious tea biscuits with butter and jam. Texture is key for me and the fact that these were flaky on the outside while fluffy on the inside is perfect!! I am not ashamed to admit that I ate the entire bag!!
