I love it on my smoothies, last a lot, helps me to have more energy, I feel less hungry than normal, it improves my digestive health system due to the high fiber content, this is organic and high quality food I was trying
I have use chia seeds of Better body food for years , I make breakfast with chia seeds almost every day , save my time and super healthy, keep my weights is low as well. I can make it in the jar with roll oatmeal and some berries the night before and have a grad and go breakfast waiting in the fridge. I can mix with milk or yogurt or just and fruits. Chia seeds is the superfood nutrition, packed with fiber, omega-3 fatty acids , providing a lasting energy boost to start your day.
Great source of fiber. It reduces inflammation and I add it in my protein shakes or soak in water over night. Also a great addition for overnight oats and much more. I am almost done with my second bottle.
