Ok, so I'll start by saying we don't really know when healthy organic products are actually helping bc we know the natural way is not the fast or easy way. But I have been so extremely proud of my family for letting me add this into our food, smoothies, avocado toasts. This pic is just the end of 1 bag!! I recommend it to everyone

I love this mix! I normally add about 2 scoops to my morning milkshake. I used to buy the hemp seeds and flax seeds separately so when I found this mix I was sold!
