I love every flavor of this....I use it in all kinds of recipes. One for example, pinto beans....if you're out of real meat to flavor them, the ham flavoring is so good! However, start small adding to food because it is strong & you can always add flavor better than trying to fix if you put to much. I think its a tiny bit pricey, its like $4-5 a jar around here per jar but, its also very useful for so many different dishes. If you catch it on sale, stock up. I used half teaspoon in large pot of cabbage soup today, delicious & half teaspoon was plenty for that huge batch.
