Oatmeal is delicious, especially this brand. I bought it out of curiosity and now it’s on my shopping list every month. I like the fine texture and the taste. I used one pack for preparing a oatmeal for two people and it’s enough.

These are great quick cooking steel cut oats. I like this better than instant rolled oats because of its granier and nutty taste. These oats contain flax seed which is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. I supplement with omega 3’s, so I’m glad to get any extra natural sources. It’s also a non-GMO product! That’s a plus. The box contains 10 individually wrapped pouches. The cooking instructions are easy and simple. Cooks in under 8 minutes. I like that there aren’t a whole bunch of extraneous ingredients and chemicals like you find in a lot of commercially packaged prepared foods. This only contains the oats, flax seed, salt, and stearic acid.

I love this oatmeal, it's very tasty, quick to prepare, very healthy and has a nice texture, great packaging. I love this oatmeal! Very comfortable value.
