The empire of tamriel is on the edge. The high king of skyrim has been murdered. Alliances form as claims to the throne are made. In the midst of this conflict, a far more dangerous, ancient evil is awakened. Dragons, long lost to the passages of the elder scrolls, have returned to tamriel. The future of skyrim, even the empire itself, hangs in the balance as they wait for the prophesized dragonborn to come; a hero born with the power of the voice, and the only one who can stand amongst the dragons. Choose from hundreds of weapons, spells, and abilities. The new character system allows you to play any way you want and define yourself... see more...

Skyrim is an incredibly addicting game. Controls are easy to understand, gameplay is open, and it definitely has replay value. You can easily sink weeks worth of time into playing and still not complete all of the side quests or try out different character builds. As far as value for the money, this is a great game.

This is an never ending game and while you play for months straight you can always find something different and add something new! It was fun and love how you can change basically anything and have so many different routes

One of the best games you can find out there! The ending depends on your choices. I love that you can join so many guilds on here. But being able to become a werewolf or vampire is just so freaking cool. You'll never get bored and there is always a wide range of tasks or things you can do. Just awesome and more!

I didn't know how much I would like Skyrim, since Oblivion (and The Shivering Isles expansion) Held such a special place in my heart. But Skyrim absolutely blew me away. The graphics are gorgeous, the gameplay is addictive and the interface is streamlined. I love ALL the expansion content as well. Worth the money!

Skyrim is a vast land of awesomeness that you can explore. You can not get bored playing this game. The map is HUGE! If you get stuck, just walk around a town and have some fun. This was my first Elder Scrolls game, and it was great! I haven't played the DLC, but I may in the future. Watch out for Dragons ;)

Not only does Bethesda have generally amazing games, The Elder Scrolls series is fantastic. I started out on Oblivion and Skyrim did not disappoint. There are some glitches as always but it's definitely a game I recommend.

Fantastic game! I have spent over 900 hours playing Skyrim and I can honestly say I still enjoy it. There are so many things to do and discover and the richness of the environment and history is mind blowing. The insane amount of time spent on the details of this game are what make it so playable for so long.

There's really nothing like this, not in scope or vision, not in gameplay and character development. Skyrim is a massive game where you can go anywhere you want, explore anything you want, do nothing or do everything. It can be played for years honestly, and after a break you always want to come back. The best RPG ever, sets the bar.

Skyrim is an absolutely huge game, and not one for a gamer who wants to blow through a quick storyline to finish a game. The side quests alone in game can keep you busy for months, and it's at times hard to tell where the main storyline picks up and leaves off at times. I've logged over 60 hours in the game, and had it's always fun. The world is beautiful and fast travel is wonderful for getting around since the map is so huge.

Love it. If you want to declare war on your social and intimate life, buy this game and don't look back! Just be sure to have your fridge stocked and shower as soon as you get home/out of work on Friday, because you won't see the light of day again until Monday morning. Unless you call out of work/skip school...
