I hate it. I’ve never had a cooking spray before this one that actually isn’t non stick at all. I have very nice Caraway pans and when I use this spray I have to scrape chicken breast off of the pan. Will never buy this again.

This is a really good olive oil spray. Very simple and easy to use. The value you get isn’t too bad either. I love the mess free spray formula. The taste is great as well.

This is a great product, it really does help the food not stick to my the baking dish and it doesn't leave the food with any weird taste.
