This is delicious! This is as good as a smoothie from tropical smoothie for a fraction of the price. It has a mild thickness to it, but not quite as thick as nectar. There is a lot of sugar in these at 46g (I wish it was a bit less), so I split the bottle with my husband. A very good source of vitamins and minerals. Perfect when you have a sweet tooth.

This bolt house brand makes nice thick, full of flavor smoothies. I partially like the taste of the berry boost flavor as the sweetness of the different berries is refreshing. For a premade smoothie it has a thicker composition than other brands. You need to make sure you keep shaking it through drinking. In my opinion this is more than 1 serving and I tend to only drink half at a time. My one con and why I marked it down a star was that the last few sips are always just seeds no matter how aggressive or frequent you shake the smoothie throughout drinking. Definitely recommend.

Super yummy, easy and healthy snack. Exactly what you need if you are on a busy schedule. I like that there are a variety of flavors, so you never get bored with the same taste. I liked this one for its fruitiness.
