These in my opinion work better than the actual name brand Tylenol PM. They kick out a headache quickly, as well as make you sleepy if that’s what you need at the time. The 500 count lasts forever and it’s probably the only one I really will buy over them all!

I absolutely love Berkely Johnson extra strength aspirin for when I get migraines, I get them often and this helps with in 20 minutes. I just really love this product & I’ve tried other products but this product is top notch. I definitely recommend this product to everyone who suffers from Migraines like I do.
