I have really noticed a difference. I have only used it for a week but I am excited to keep trying them out. There isn’t a strong taste to me at least that I have not

I liked the glass bottle these came in, seems Ike they will definitely help with perseverance of freshness. Still figuring out if these are beneficial or not but so far so good. Not a huge change but I can see the benefit in the long run. Didn’t really get a taste from this so that a plus, but may also be just me.

I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this supplement as I was only able to take it for a few days before having to stop. It gave me heartburn and an upset stomach. I think starting with one pill a day would help reduce negative side effects, but it’s not something I’m actively adding to my daily supplements.
