Decent and filling meal if you are in a pinch. I ate this for lunch and was completely satisfied. The steak was pretty good for being frozen. 460 calories isn’t bad and 27g of protein is great. Downfall is it has so much sodium. 1230mg is way too much so I wouldn’t make this a regular occurrence. I found it on sale for $1.50 but usually it’s around the $5-$6 range. I wouldn’t pay that much for it personally.

This is actually pretty delicious for being a frozen dish. I wouldn't say it's the same as eating this dish at the actual restaurant, but it is really tasty. The noodles are nice, the beef is soft and flavorful, and the veggies taste fresh. There's just enough sauce to nicely cover the whole meal... not too much and not too little. It cost under $5, so it's definitely worth it. It's easy to prepare and takes less than 5 minutes in the microwave. This is a great dish at a great value.

Benihana Japanese Yakisoba Steak retails around $3.99. Benihana Japanese Yakisoba Steak is more noodles than meat. The meat and sauce taste good. Unfortunately, as with most frozen microwaveable meals, the noodles were sticky and the veggies were soggy.
