  • "these are good i purchased most of them individually when i originally got into cosmetics. i recommend them for someone who doesnt like to look like they got hit in the face with oil on their highlighted features. if you like a more subtle highlight this is up your ally. however if you go full glam try the coverfx drops. These are disgusting. The stick had no pigment and fell out after once use. Just threw it away. The liquids were the grossest feeling thing I've ever put on my face. They wouldn't blend in. Just moved around EVERYWHERE and made my makeup look cakey. This was just overall a flop. Glad it was since now I know benefit isn't cruelty free

Absolutely hated this set. The applicators for the liquid highlights are cheap, scratchy feeling brushes. And they won't blend at all. They look cakey and heavy on the skin, messing up the foundation underneath. The stick formula had no pigment at all and had no color payoff. Definitely would not purchase this set or the individual pieces. Especially now knowing that Benefit is not cruelty free

A let down really! It was expensive yet it does not work well on my olive-med skin! I can barely see the shimmer as its seemed to be sheer. I had so much hope for this as many have raved alot on it but it was so loss for me! Not recommending it to anyone. Benefit is too overrated

This is an on the fence deal for me. In some cases finding 2/3 of the products in this are a win, at the same time... the one I hate it horrible. And I am a firm believer in the watts up cream highlighter I find it to be my ultimate favourite... the gold highlighter is also good for olive/tan/chocolate skin because it really compliments the depth in the skin tone and absolutely makes you glow ✨ again, the last product in this trio is AWFUL. Too pink, too matte, difficult to blend, not build able, is an unforgiving product in the sense that if you apply it and you don't like it- you're stuck with it.

I would def sample these all individually if you can or try to get a deluxe sample from Sephora if you can before dropping money on this or any highlighter... bc the money going to this could go towards your new fav highlighter.

I wasn't as pleased as I'd thought I'd be this highlighter. I've used multiple and did not find this one up to par

Although it’s a great highlighter and very pigmented when put on bare skin, once it is applied over foundation it creates a mark and removes some foundation due to being a wet highlighter. If it was cheaper I probably wouldn’t find fault but for about £20 I expected better. I don’t think I would buy this product again. Benefit Cosmetics High Beam Liquid Highlighter

Ok maybe it's me but the highlighter by benefit did absolutely nothing for me; I gave this 2 stars; simply because it was a epic fail on my end

I’ve used the small purple highlighter and it lasted for years. Pretty natural shine that blends nicely and works even better with a sun tan. I would be interested in trying out another brand since I’m out.

These are nice highlighters... if you are into cream and liquid products. I myself vastly prefer powder. I think the colours are nice, with Watt's Up being the best (a champagne). High Beam looks like a grease stain on my face. Honestly, it's not worth the price tag.

Is this a good started into highlighters?? Do they show a lot of the skin texture when applied?
Is it worth the $18.
