This is a great griddle and it is very easy to use I definitely recommend it I love it! It works really great and it’s easy to clean and it doesn’t scratch

Recently received this innovative griddle as a gift. Although i am yet to use it, i am very impressed with its size and sleek design. I can't wait to put it into action. I do plan to update this review upon first usage. Update: Cooking on this griddle is simple. Made breakfast easy with the elimination of having to use multiple skillets and pans. From eggs to bacon, sausage to pancakes, everything was cooked to near perfection. After reading multiple reviews on how difficult it was to clean, i have to dispute such claims. It's much easier than most have spoken of. I used a Q-tip to clean the drain slots on both sides. It can be tedious, but it is definitely not difficult! Highly recommended!

Great non-stick surface, great idea but if the plates were removable it would be a lot easier to use. It heated up fast and while cooking an egg scramble probably wasn’t the smartest due to the drip slots it did work with some effort. I will try something that isn’t as messy but due to the pain of cleaning I probably won’t be using it too often.
