This cheese is great, its flavor and texture are mild making it perfect for preparing any type of meal from a sandwich to a salad. Its packing preserves its juice.

BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Sliced Cheese is pre-sliced and perfect for Caprese salads and pizzas. I personally like to dice smaller for my tomato and cucumber salads since it's more affordable than the Pearls. It's so good! I do wish it came in a resealable bag though!
